Terms & Conditions
The terms on which Treasurenest sells kitchen and dining ware online and in store.
ORDERS
Placing an order online is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone before it is dispatched. We may decline an order if an item has sold out, if we cannot verify your delivery details, or if the price shown was clearly wrong.
PRICES
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include any tax where applicable. Delivery is not included and is confirmed with you before dispatch. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
PAYMENT
We accept bank transfer, payment on delivery within Lagos, and payment on collection in store. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
AVAILABILITY
Stock shown online comes from our shop floor. Occasionally an item sells in store at the same moment it is bought online. If that happens we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative.
DELIVERY
We deliver within Lagos and arrange nationwide dispatch on request. Delivery cost and timing are confirmed by phone. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
RETURNS AND FAULTS
Check your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between a photograph and the item itself.
