Delivery & Returns
How Treasurenest delivers across Lagos and Nigeria, and how to return an item.
We deliver across Lagos and arrange nationwide dispatch on request. Because cost depends on your area and the size of the order - a 92-piece dinner service travels very differently from a set of teaspoons - we confirm the delivery charge with you by phone before dispatch rather than guessing it at checkout.
COLLECTION
You are welcome to collect from our store at Suite D 316-317, Ikota Shopping Complex VGC, Lekki-Ajah. We will hold your order once it is confirmed.
TIMING
Lagos deliveries are usually made within 1-3 working days of payment clearing. Nationwide dispatch depends on the courier.
RETURNS
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, call us within 48 hours on 07020272188 and we will replace or refund it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
BREAKAGES
Glassware and china are packed carefully, but if a piece arrives broken please photograph it before unpacking further and call us the same day.
