How Treasurenest collects, uses and protects your personal information.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email address. If you create an account we also store your password in an encrypted form that we cannot read. When you browse the shop your basket is held in your browser session.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use your details to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to keep our own sales and accounting records as required for running a business. We do not sell your information to anyone.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We do not store card details. Where an online payment provider is used, your payment is handled on their systems and we receive only a confirmation and a reference.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share your delivery details with the dispatch rider or courier handling your order, and nothing more than they need. We may share information where the law requires it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details below.
COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
The shop stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember your basket and whether you have dismissed our newsletter message. This is not used to track you across other websites.
